• Replacement – Apparel

In case of any issue or defect in any/entire product, Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery date.

However, as an early stage start-up, we do not have an advanced return pickup facility in place. Please contact us to check if reverse pickup is available at your delivery location or not. If reserve pickup is not available, we request you to ship the product to us.

You will receive a discount coupon worth ₹50 with a 1-month validity to compensate for the amount you have spent on couriering the product. We request you to make sure your shipping charges do not exceed the courier re-ship charges as the discount is fixed and can’t be changed. Speed Post is courier service you can consider.

Once you return the product, please drop us a mail at support@broeklifestyle.com with the courier receipt so we can process the replacement.

We need a minimum of 7 days to re-manufacture the product and ship it back to you.

In case you received a wrong or damaged product, you just need to Contact Us and we’ll handle the rest of the process to make sure you receive the correct product.

  • Replacement – Accessories and Phonecases

Products which are delivered in a misfit or misprint condition are replaced free of cost. We do not have a refund policy and hence only a replacement is possible.

We do not offer a refund for phonecases and accessories. We only provide a replacement for products that have manufacturing defects.

We have a 6-month print warranty on all our cases. If the print fades or peels off, we shall replace the case free of cost.


  • Cancellation

Orders once placed on the website can be canceled within 24 hours by visiting orders section by logging into your account or by contacting us here. Our products are printed once you place the order and to deliver your product as early as possible we start manufacturing your product usually within 24 hours from the time you place the order. Products once in the manufacturing line or shipped cannot be canceled.

Once the product is manufactured, it will be shipped to you at the earliest.


  • Returns

You can return all the products that you purchase on Broek Lifestyle within 7 days of receiving the product. We would give out a discount coupon worth the exact amount you have spent on purchasing the product which you can use for your next purchase. For any return requests, please drop us an email at support@broeklifestyle.com and we would take care of the rest of the process

Note: Please note that the products should be in new, undamaged and unused condition and all tags intact to be eligible for a return. Customers may also be requested to provide photographs of the product to verify manufacturing defect. Only verified and accepted claims will be eligible for return or replacement of the product in accordance with the above-mentioned policy.
